Blood-drinker longsword

The Blood-Drinker Longsword is a magical item stolen from The Red Robed Man by the party and came to glory in the hands of Vincent. Its origins unknown, the party spent the better of two weeks trying to identify its nature.

The sword was traded to Riker for a magic bow and the promise that his dealings with the party were done in Week 21.

Description @13:20.

The Blood-Drinker Longsword was a +1 sword (+1 to hit, +1 to damage), gaining an additional temporary +1 for each creature slain by its edge (up to a maximum of +5) for 1 hour.

After being doused by acid in Week 16 by a Black dragon the sword was weakened to a base +0 bonus to hit and damage. Creatures slain by its edge are exsanguinated as the blade develops a crimson glow. For each kill, the blade gains an extra +1 to hit and damage until a maximum of +3. It loses the entirety of its extra bonus between encounters.
