The Boots of Levitation belong to Tudagub, being given to him by his father who recieved them in dubious circumstances. It is assumed that they contain the power of levitation as said by a Wizard of -----, but the power word to activate them is unknown as the creator is dead and Tudagub has no means to identify the word.
