A ring purchased by Istavan Felstar from Merlin in Fitchview for 6000 gold. It was found by Abigael on the corpse of a hill giant who was using it to coordinate and control ogres to terrorize Willow Brook. The item was a pivotal piece of evidence in the case against Istavan.
It was dissolved in Week 16 in the Black Dragon encounter.

It resizes itself to fit the wearer. The ring also grants telepathic communication with one's underlings and a greater ability to instill fear in them.
